12.2 Payment for Custom-Made Products or Special Products with Extended Delivery Time
For custom-made products with an expected delivery time exceeding one (1) months, payment via Klarna is not available.
Payment must instead be made through one of the following methods:

The customer shall pay 10% in advance at the time of order, and the remaining 90% prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom-made products are not covered by the right of withdrawal, especially after production has begun.
