Payment Security

We do not store or process your payment card information on our servers.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Definitions
    Offer: Any offer from OUR COMPANY to the Customer.
    General Terms and Conditions: These terms, which together constitute a binding agreement.
    Customer/Buyer (hereafter: the Customer): The party negotiating or entering into an Agreement with OUR COMPANY.
    Delivery Time: The estimated time for fulfilling an agreed Performance, as indicated by OUR COMPANY.
    Agreement: The agreement between OUR COMPANY and the Customer, including any amendments or additions.
    Parties: OUR COMPANY and the Customer, jointly or individually.
    Performance: Execution of work and delivery of goods according to the Agreement, including design, production, and sale of watches.
  2. Scope of Application
    2.1 These terms apply to all Offers, Agreements, and legal relations between OUR COMPANY and the Customer.
    2.2 The Customer’s own terms apply only if expressly agreed in writing.
    2.3 The Customer is informed of the terms before entering into the Agreement.
    2.4 OUR COMPANY has the right to unilaterally change the terms with at least 30 days’ notice.
    2.5 Deviations from these terms require written approval.
  3. Offers and Quotations
    All offers are non-binding unless otherwise stated.
    Product and price information is indicative. Minor deviations do not entitle the Customer to compensation.
  4. Custom Orders and Tailored Deliveries
    For customer-specific projects, work begins with consultation.
    Design proposals are presented, and a 50% advance payment is required.
    Once production begins, the right to withdrawal and return is forfeited.
  5. Formation of Agreement
    An agreement is established when the Customer accepts an offer and OUR COMPANY confirms it.
    For online purchases, the Customer accepts the terms in connection with the order.
  6. Prices
    Prices include VAT and apply at the time of publication.
    In the event of a pricing error, the Customer will be contacted. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded, and the Customer can choose to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel it.
  7. Price Adjustments for Custom Designs
    Prices may be adjusted due to changes in requirements from the Customer.
    Design work is paid in advance.
    Production begins only after approval and payment.
    No right of withdrawal applies after production begins.
  8. Design Work and Rights
    Paid design work does not require production.
    The Customer can cancel before production begins, but the design fee is non-refundable.
    The design remains the property of OUR COMPANY unless otherwise agreed. The Customer may request access to the design through a separate agreement.
  9. Delivery and Liability
    Delivery times are approximate.
    Liability for the goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
    The Customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify of any issues within 7 days.
  10. Retention of Title
    10.1 Ownership transfers to the Customer only after full payment.
    10.2 For Klarna payments, the item is considered paid once OUR COMPANY has received the funds.
    10.3 Until full payment, OUR COMPANY has the right to withhold the item.
  11. Warranty and Complaints
    A 5-year warranty applies unless otherwise agreed.
    Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt.

12.1 Payment for standard products with Short Delivery Time (within one month)
Payment is made via Klarna. In case of non-payment, reminders and claims are handled by Klarna.

12.2 Payment for Custom-Made Products or Special Products with Extended Delivery Time
For custom-made products with an expected delivery time exceeding one (1) months, payment via Klarna is not available.
Payment must instead be made through one of the following methods:

– Bank transfer directly to our company account, or
– Invoice issued directly by our company.

The customer shall pay 10% in advance at the time of order, and the remaining 90% prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
    13.1 Standard Products – 30-day return policy:

    You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of standard products within 30 days of receiving the item. This means that you must both notify us and return the item within 30 days.

    Return Conditions

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused
    • In mint condition
    • In its original packaging, including the watch box

    How to Withdraw

    • Notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
    • Return the item.
    • We offer free return shipping within Sweden. Please contact us to receive your return shipping label.
    • Returns should be sent to:

      Please include your name, order number, and reason for return.

13.2 Special Products with Extended Delivery Time – Right of Withdrawal.
For our Special Products with Extended Delivery Time, we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal from the delivery date.

Note: Advance payments or deposits are not refundable upon return.

 

13.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

Custom-made products are not covered by the right of withdrawal, especially after production has begun.

  1. Service and Maintenance
    – OUR PRODUCTS may be serviced by third parties, but only authorized/certified watchmakers are recommended.
    – All external service is at the Customer’s own risk.
    – Damage due to unauthorized service is not covered by the warranty.
  2. Certificate and Authenticity
    Each watch comes with a certificate confirming:
    – Authenticity and origin
    – That the watch is made with the highest craftsmanship
    – That it is designed and produced according to our high standards

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, or unauthorized service.

  1. Disputes
    Swedish law applies.
    Disputes shall be resolved in a competent court where OUR COMPANY is registered.
